Slow bolting Summer Celery (also known as Leaf Celery) boasts vigorous, upright growth, and dark green leaves on long, crunchy, fibreless, hollow stalks.
This Chinese-type leafy celery has a stronger flavour and is generally easier (and much faster) to grow. Matures in 40-45 days (as opposed to 3 months for regular stalk celery).
Use the leaves as well as the stalks in stir-fries, soups, salads, and dumplings.
